Eric and Callum are launching an American style micro-brewery in the Junction Triangle area.
Both were drawn to home brewing as a hobby, but brewing quickly took over their lives. Callum's apartment is halfway between keg party and mad scientist's lab.
This past year, they began to raise money to build and launch an 800 litre per batch system. The result is HALO Brewery, the first open source brewery.
Their dedication to their craft is inspiring and beyond question. They know what they are willing to suffer for in this world and they are committed to spending their lives mastering this craft. I've had some of their recipes and I am beyond excited for them to launch. Damn fine brews.
